Copyright can subsist in original works including music, photographs, artist images/photographs and video. If you have any questions regarding 7digital’s usage of copyrighted materials, or you believe that your copyrighted work has been used in a way that constitutes an infringement of your rights, please provide the information listed below.

Information Required In Your Query

1. A description of the copyrighted material that you believe has been infringed upon;
2. A description of where the copyrighted material that you believe is infringing is located on the 7digital site;
3. If your query concerns a music track on the 7digital store, please provide us with:
   a) minimum requirement: the full product name and URL, as the minimum requirement;
   b) optional additional information: each music track has a unique Product ID and providing this will help speed up our response to you. You can find the Product ID by right clicking on the cover art (image), selecting ‘copy image URL’ and then providing this URL to us (the Product ID is embedded at the end of this URL);
4. Your address, telephone number, and e-mail address;
5. Your relationship to the owner of the copyright material (i.e. self, manager, lawyer etc. )
6. A statement by you that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the owner of the copyrighted work, its agent, or the law;
7. A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner of the copyrighted work or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf; and
8. An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
